Started lifting weights at the age of 14 mainly for Sports. I eventually picked up the Bodybuilding Bug and after 15 years found success in the sport. While Bodybuilding I became a Independent Personal Trainer helping others with their goals. While doing that I enjoyed spinning on the wheels of steel (Dee Jay) and found time to play Drums, Bass, Guitar and Keyboards eventually joining a Garage Band for several years.
